When do deliveries arrive?

Deliveries are timed to arrive at the start of each school term — Autumn, Spring and Summer. You'll receive an advance notice email so you can prepare.

Do we need a garden or raised beds?

Not at all. Our kits are designed to work in beds, pots, windowsills or raised planters. We'll suggest a 'container-friendly' option if needed.

Is it suitable for SEND learners?

Yes. All printed guidance uses clear language and simple visuals designed for mixed-age, mixed-ability delivery. Growing is for everyone.

Can we cancel or change tier?

Subscriptions are billed termly. You can change tier or pause before each new term — just get in touch and we'll sort it for you.

Is the packaging sustainable?

Yes. We use compostable packaging throughout, and source UK seeds where possible. Sustainability is in everything we do.
